As a listing agent, she employs an aggressive marketing plan designed to increase a home's exposure far beyond the sign on the front lawn and multiple listing service.  For buyers, her goal is to identify properties that not only meets clients' search criteria, but also represent a strong investment.  She is with her clients every step of the way to facilitate the process, answer any and all questions and negotiate the best possible price.

As a former vice president with a national construction and environmental firm, Ms. Mooradian-Dutton has several years experience with high profile clients in the building and environmental industry. She directed the western region sales and marketing efforts catering to large anchor department stores, developers, real estate investment trusts, government entities, oil companies and private industry clients. 

Originally from the San Joaquin Valley (central California) where her family are grape growers, Ms. Mooradian-Dutton has lived in southern California for nearly 15 years and currently resides in Thousand Oaks with her husband and two children. She is fluent in Armenian and conversational Spanish.

Ms. Mooradian-Dutton works extensively in Thousand Oaks, Westlake Village, Newbury Park, Simi Valley, Oak Park, and Camarillo.  She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors and the Conejo Valley Association of Realtors.

She is active in her community serving as the president of her homeowners' association; sponsoring Thousand Oaks Little League, volunteering in the classroom at the elementary school and helping with various fundraising events.
